(1) For the purpose of adjusting government service employees, the details of employees in the National Library will be considered as the basis. The statement prepared by the committee and sent to the ministry will be considered as the basis. (3) In the case of permanent employees of committees, commissions, foundations or organizations of a similar nature whose services have been transferred to the provincial or local level, the statement prepared and sent to the ministry by the relevant ministry will be considered as the basis. /p>

(4) Regardless of what is written in sub-sections (2) and (3), the details received from the relevant agencies in the ministry and the details collected by the ministry through various means can be considered as basis for the purpose of adjusting the staff.
